Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cyclo-drive Altax CNVM05-4085-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Daifuku products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Daifuku product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Daifuku such as the PA372863 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M050197 manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TFE3419B by Manufacturer Daifuku as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Daikin Brand JSOG024CP20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Daikin such as LSG022BA25EN647 equipment made by Daikin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daikin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daikin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available L4805D02 made by Daihen as well as the popular 101175B5056 original spares produced by Danfoss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D4EX by Automation-Direct and LSG022BA25EN647 spares by Daikin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D320RAK05E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
